George and J Hicks at Ventura, 10/99 I only knew George as an acquaintance, someone who always seemed engrossed in what he was doing, yet not taking himself too seriously. He always seemed to have that twinkle in his eyes that told me he really *was* having fun, the time of his life, and that he would rather not be doing anything else. George at Perris, 11/99

Those who knew George better confirmed my suspiscions that he enjoyed his life to the fullest. Because if a person can't interject fun among the more mundane tasks in life, it can lead to a rather dull existance. George at Ventura, 05/00
